We’ve also completed a residential construction project, Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Heights, in Miryalaguda.

One of our early ventures — a fruit-garden plot concept near the proposed Pharma City at Maisigandi, since completed and handed over.

A 72-plot DTCP-approved layout at Kadthal (T.L.P. No. 264/2022/H), since completed.
2023 — Coorg Estates approved
A 40-acre, 559-plot gated community between ORR and the proposed Regional Ring Road (T.L.P. No. 66/2023/H & 232/2023/H), currently ongoing.
